Monthly or season plan?
The season plan is the yearly payment: pay ten months, use twelve – the winter is free, whatever your company size. What companies ask us most often.
Does the app work without signal on site?
Yes. The crew records everything offline, and as soon as the phone has reception again Bautimer syncs by itself. No report gets lost.
How long does it take to get started?
About 30 minutes. We set up employees, machines and services together with you – that is included in the price. The crew needs no training: anyone who can use a phone fills in the first report in two minutes.
We're only four people – is it worth it for us?
That is exactly who Bautimer is built for: companies where the owner does the invoicing and costing personally. Large industry ERPs are bloated and too expensive for you; paper and spreadsheets don't give you a number. Bautimer is the piece in between.
Does Bautimer replace my invoicing software?
Yes, for the invoices to your customers: Bautimer writes them from the quote and the daily reports as an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD, EN 16931) – with all mandatory details, consecutive invoice numbers, VAT and reverse charge under § 13b UStG, plus cancellation invoices and the payments per invoice. Private customers get the same file as a normal PDF, with the labour share under § 35a EStG. In Germany, e-invoices become mandatory for invoices to other businesses from 2027 if your turnover in the previous year was above €800,000, and from 2028 for all companies. You have had to be able to receive e-invoices since 2025 – an e-mail inbox is enough. Only invoices to public bodies that require XRechnung still go through their portal. Payment reminders and bookkeeping are not part of Bautimer. More on e-invoicing (in German)

In a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, GDPR-compliant and backed up automatically. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing by itself. The trial ends without any charge because we don't ask for payment details. If you want to continue: from €129 net per month (up to 10 employees, see the price list), cancel monthly – or as the season plan with two months free.
